In a government research lab in Mafia islands Tanzania , an experiment goes wrong as doctor Remmy tries to find a cure for HIV/AIDS . Instead he creates a cure that amplifies the virus and turns them into zombies . So three government agents are sent to retrieve the doctor and a cure that he later created to undo what he did to his test subject who turned into zombies.
